In 1776 The Declaration of Independence was officially adopted by the Continental Congress in the Pennsylvania State House (later Independence Hall).
This document became the basis of the ideals of individual rights, and has given inspiration and hope to many countries and individuals around the world.

The 200th anniversary of this date was well celebrated in America, it`s bicentennial was celebrated here in Great Britain too by the creation of this unique Historical Document......Never before, and never again will this unique celebration of the American Heritage be available to adorn your office, or home.

What you see below is not merely a simple reproduction of The Declaration of Independence, but a historical, authentic bicentennial document, that is itself over 30 years old. It was created in 1976, and was based on a colour reproduction of John Binns 1819 ornamental print depicting George Washington, John Hancock, Thomas Jefferson and the then 13 original colonies that made up the Continental Congress.

This is a real document, created & authenticated in 1976, with real postage stamps franked, and hand stamped on both sides of the Atlantic, on the same day, to commemorate the bicentennial of the adoption of
the Declaration of Independence on 4th July 1776

Added along the bottom of this impressive document are actual commemorative stamps purchased and franked both in London (near the Houses of Parliament) and in
The Benjamin Franklin Post Office in Philadelphia on the 4th July 1976
(only 1976 documents were created in the UK, hand stamped and flown 3000 miles, on the same day, (the UK is 5 hrs behind US time) to be authentically franked in the United States of America)

The actual size of the document is 40 cms wide x 60 cms high, and can be purchased & safely delivered to you for far less than you might imagine. This is your chance to own a Limited Edition Historical Document commemorating a turning point in American History
